   Q: How do I submit my manuscript to JLO Education? A: All submissions must be made online. First, you need to [Register] as an author. Once logged in, click the "Make a New Submission" button on your dashboard and follow the five-step guided process.

   Q: Does JLO Education accept articles specifically about Quality Management? A: Yes, absolutely. We highly encourage submissions that discuss Educational Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Governance. As long as your research aligns with our core focus on leadership and organizational development, it is welcome.
   3. Publication Fees (APC)
   Q: Are there any fees for publishing in this journal? A: JLO Education does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC) for submission or publication. We aim to support the wide dissemination of high-quality research.
