Focus & Scope
Journal of Leadership and Organizational Education (JLO Education) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to the advancement of knowledge in the intersection of leadership studies and organizational dynamics within educational contexts.
The journal provides a platform for researchers, academicians, and practitioners to publish original research and theoretical papers that contribute to the development of educational management globally.
We invite submissions that address, but are not limited to, the following core thematic areas:
- Educational Leadership & Governance: Exploration of transformational, transactional, and ethical leadership; educational policy analysis; and the impact of leadership on institutional effectiveness.
